Proceedings of the Seminar

Presentations: Duration of plenary lectures is 30 minutes; duration of oral presentations is 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The participants will have a multimedia projector at their disposal. Presentations are recommended to be prepared using Microsoft Power Point software (MS Office) in *.ppt format.

Poster session: The authors will be offered to put their posters on boards 1300 mm wide and 1100 mm high. We recommend preparing reduced copies of poster presentations (A4 format) to be provided to interested participants.

All the visual materials of oral and poster presentations must be in English. The languages of oral presentations are to be Russian or English.

Publication: The Book of Abstracts will be published before the Seminar and handed in to the participants during registration. If you wish your paper to be recorded on the Seminar Proceedings CD, you are encouraged to have a PDF or DOC file of the paper in English at the registration. Paper preparation requirements: size – no limit, all margins – 2 cm, font - 12 pt, single spacing, figures and tables have to be inserted into the main text.
