Very old, but reliable and fast program for calculation the Voronoi polyhedra. Made on the base of
the algorithm published in 1986 (N.N.Medvedev. Algorithm for three-dimensional Voronoi polyhedra. J. Comput. Physics. 1986, v.67, p.223-229). The program code is in Fortran77.
